Working alongside writer Andy Gutelle, I created "Wyatt the Riot", a new character for one of my oldest clients. Wyatt's got his own animated website with games, stickers , puzzles and more. Along with Wyatt are his brother Jake, sister Olivia, and a whole gang of characters that get involved in one goofy situation after another.

It was erected in 1885, and in 1898 it was designed specifically for working artists. The Studebaker Theater, bronze cast elevator doors, and a venetian courtyard garden are just a few of its features.
